Senior BI Consultant

As a senior BI Consultant you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, developing impactful data visualizations, and delivering valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
You will work in the Metriqzz Analytics team and our customers realizing BI solutions.
You’re a creative problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and in-depth technical and process knowledge. Making you an important sparring partner for our customers helping grow their Business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead various Business Intelligence consulting engagements
  • Implement Data Solutions: connect data source, prepare data, build valuable dashboards across a variety of client industries and use cases
  • Drive the end-to-end process for creating reports and data visualizations
  • Work with customers to understand their business problems to be solved and business questions that need to be answered
  • Work closely with business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc. to deliver key reporting and dashboard capabilities.
  • Drive knowledge sharing
  • Renewal and growth of existing accounts
  • Mentor and develop consultants of all skills and experience levels
  • Work with a fun, collaborative team where everyone can be themselves and are provided the opportunity to love their work and life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong professional services background along with well-rounded experience to offer across different disciplines within data and analytics
  • Experience on any or all cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud)
  • Proficiency in modern data architectures and relational database design and development
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with big data technologies
  • Proficiency leading teams of data engineers and analysts
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
  • Excellent board-room presentation skills and senior client stakeholder management skills across the end-to-end client relationship
  • Experience with disruptive technologies such as Snowflake, Tableau, Databricks, Microsoft Domo etc.
  • Passionate about Data and learning new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data mining
  • Experience with BI Tools (Domo, SAC, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
  • Experience with S/4HANA, Dynamics, or similar ERP software is a pre
  • Experience with (big) data platforms, such as Azure, AWS, Hadoop or Spark
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
